KELITA MARTELLY

After receiving a Doctor of Medicine degree in Haiti and practicing as a clinical professional, Kelita migrated to the United States in 2009. She started out using her clinical background to pursue business interests and worked for a large medical group in South Florida.
Kelita ‘s medical knowledge was a big plus in pursuing a career in coding and billing.
With this expanded knowledge she moved on to manage the risk adjustment, billing and coding, auditing, compliance and provider education activities for the company’s 30+ clinics throughout South Florida’s tri-county area. She was extremely successful in helping offices increase their revenue while decreasing their outstanding accounts. Kelita’s medical billing and coding credentials have opened many doors and broadened her knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle system in the United States. Starting K&D Medical Billing and Services, was a natural transition that allows her to offer years of experience directly to Providers in need.
DIENNA FILEUS

Dienna is a NJ/MD professional CPA (Certified Public Accounting) with over 14 years of both accounting, audit and tax experience. Dienna tax accounting/audit career took her through different industries such as healthcare, IT, services, retail. Throughout her career, Dienna has worked for Big4 Accounting firms, state government entities and private companies.
Dienna is bringing her rigorous accounting, account receivables, audit training to K&D Medical Billing and Services, in addition to the leadership skills she honed early on in life as well as throughout her career.
Dienna comes from a family of entrepreneurs, where her mother and aunts distilled in her the spirit of entrepreneurship. Side by side with her mom, she managed her mom’s retail store gaining management and business skills from there. More importantly Dienna understands the importance of having the right partner handling a business' revenue cycle. With that foundation, Dienna is looking to be, through K&D, the entrusted partner of healthcare providers everywhere.
