KELITA MARTELLY

After earning her Doctor of Medicine degree in Haiti and practicing as a clinical professional, Kelita migrated to the United States in 2009. She initially utilized her clinical background to explore business opportunities and worked for a prominent medical group in South Florida. Kelita's medical knowledge proved highly beneficial as she pursued a career in medical coding and billing.
With her expanded expertise, she advanced managing risk adjustment, billing and coding, auditing, compliance, and provider education for the company's more than 30 clinics across South Florida's tri-county area. She was exceptionally successful in helping offices increase their revenue while reducing outstanding accounts.
Kelita's credentials in medical billing and coding have opened numerous doors and enhanced her understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle system in the United States. Founding K&D Medical Billing and Services was a natural progression, enabling her to offer her experience directly to providers in need.

Dienna is a professional CPA (Certified Public Accountant) licensed in NJ and MD, with over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. Her career in tax accounting and auditing has spanned various industries, including healthcare, IT, services, and retail. Throughout her career, Dienna has worked with Big 4 accounting firms, state government entities, and private companies.
At K&D Medical Billing and Services, Dienna brings her rigorous training in accounting, accounts receivable, and auditing, along with the leadership skills she developed early in life and throughout her professional journey.
Dienna comes from a family of entrepreneurs; her mother and aunts instilled in her the spirit of entrepreneurship. Working alongside her mother, she managed her family’s retail store, acquiring valuable management and business skills. More importantly, Dienna understands the significance of choosing the right partner to manage a business's revenue cycle. With this foundation, Dienna aims to become, through K&D, the trusted partner of healthcare providers everywhere.
